Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary assistance - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently - Operate the phone system, answering and directing calls as necessary - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite This position requires a high level of guest relations skills as well as proficiency in operating phone systems.
The Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests while also managing administrative tasks.
